Kristina Kastner
Kristina’s journey into art began in childhood, sketching animals for hours on end. Curiosity eventually pulled her toward oil painting, and from there she began exploring a wide range of media. She continued her training at the Mesa Arts Center and the Scottsdale School of Arts in Arizona, later expanding her practice through the Milan Art Institute beginning in 2023 and graduating in 2026. There, she developed mastery across collage, spray paint, acrylic, and oil, many of which now weave together in her current work.
Her pieces tell stories through animals, symbolism, and poetry, unfolding in layers of color and intricate detail. Blending impressionistic gestures, abstract elements, and realistic forms, Kristina creates visual narratives that invite each viewer to find their own personal meaning within the work.
Kristina now can be found in her studio in Brooklyn, WI where she resides with her husband and 3 fur companions Sailor, Madison and Rocket.
