So, why did Woodland start a Yarn Shop?
Mostly because, Cindy Lou loves to knit, AND because she's an artist (and that goes for Cire too). And because Woodland's theme "Get Creative", is meant to challenge people to explore their creativity. To create a place where knitters and spinners can congregate, socialize and inspire each other to try new things.
It's CindyLou's creative side that is responsible for why Woodland's yarns lean toward natural, often handmade, quality fibers in rich, complimentary colors and textures. A wide variety of quality accessories, books, and patterns. An environment of helpfulness, friends, creative challenges that even features a stone fireplace, gallery cafe tables, or antique dining tables in the historic ice house. And enjoy complimentary Ancora coffees and teas.
