Fine Art
Artists
Cindy Lou
The photographer in me loves to capture the little things in nature that often escape our attention. The artist in me sees these images as fine art with photography as the first stage. Once I have captured an image, the artistic challenge is to work with the composition, colors, and textures. My skills as a digital fine artist make it possible for me to abstract my photos into unique works.
I care about the overall look of my art, but most of my time is spent perfecting the details. First, I work on color balance and compositional elements to improve overall visual flow. Technique is achieved using a
combination of layers, textures, filters and graphic tools. Print decisions are made about fianl image sizes and usually multiple versions are necessary to preserve the creative integrity of each piece. Finally, I do my own giclee printing to ensure my art is reproduced exactly how I want it. |
